By using MWHY, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service Description

MWHY is a web-based life coaching and productivity application that helps you discover your purpose, set goals, and manage your time.

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in MWHY (goals, reflections, time blocks, etc.). Most data is stored locally on your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the AI features to generate harmful content.

Limitation of Liability

MWHY is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
